when my life turns upside down

there are few certain things can turn life upside down.

love, wedding, that first time, pragnancy and finally – birth.

the interesting thing is that when you fall in love, you think that nothing can change your life more… and then you decide to marry someone and only before the altar looking your bridegroom-to-be in the eye, you realize which the border you cross.

but that’s not the end of the story.

when you fancy that this change is beyond your wildest dreams – you conclude you’re pregnant. and now everything seems to change – but primarily in your mind and body – early when you can see your Midget on USG, then looking at your growing bump and feeling fetal movements of the baby and finally when you broke your waters and you are sensible of starting labour.

and then you have no doubt that if you survive the chilbirth you’re a true hero and hardrock.

then you have completely different attitude towards mothers (bearing in natural way). full of respect.

now you know, that nothing will change your life more than coming your baby into the world.

So, Hanna (for Mommy and Dad: Hania) came into the world. and I am proud of myself that I was able to birth such a beautiful, healthy baby-girl with shock of dark hair and big dark eyes.

she has wise look and disarming smile of Jappanese’s tales of “pokemon”* : eyes like two crescents and cakehole like upturned letter “D”.

now I can hardly focus on anything else than looking at her. even if there are days of sadness, pain of her little belly, weeping and tears…

even though – I am happy (young) mother.

*Jappanese’s tales of “pokemon”- is’t about this famous Jappanese (?) cartoon about the creatures which (only) recall animals and call pokemons.

little head of a baby

today, there’s no recipe. too emotional post to think about food.

however, I decided to add a new category because of breast-feeding: recipes for nursing mothers, called “nursing mother” and I’ll add to this category also previous recipes.

mollisia’s ‘come back’

forgive me my long absence… I had some complications with my computer. well, yes, I feel guilty, but I coudn’t do anything.

everything I can do is telling you I’m so sorry.

but despite I had to face with some problems, serious issues (including funerals…), I have wonderful news for you.

I am pregnant. we’re expecting a little girl.

so, that’s a life.

dilemma, adversity, blessing, happiness, groove, surprise… change in our lives, as seasons.

firstly, I’d like to thank all of them, who awarded me some prises last year. as I assume, there is no sense celebrating them. I decided to list them. It should be enough.

first of all, Very Inspiring Blogger Award from Miss Marzipan. I was surprised, but also so grateful for chosing me. thank you, My Dear!

  1.

secondly, I was nominated for a “Blog of the Year 2012”  by Miss Marzipan.

and here you are the ‘rules’ for this award:

1 Select the blog(s) you think deserve the ‘Blog of the Year 2012’ Award

2 Write a blog post and tell us about the blog(s) you have chosen – there’s no minimum or maximum number of blogs required – and ‘present’ them with their award.

3 Please include a link back to this page ‘Blog of the Year 2012’ Award – http://thethoughtpalette.co.uk/our-awards/blog-of-the-year-2012-award/ and include these ‘rules’ in your post (please don’t alter the rules or the badges!)

4 Let the blog(s) you have chosen know that you have given them this award and share the ‘rules’ with them.

5 You can now also join our Facebook group – click ‘like’ on this page ‘Blog of the Year 2012’ Award Facebook group and then you can share your blog with an even wider audience [I cannot join that group as I am not on Facebook].

6 As a winner of the award – please add a link back to the blog that presented you with the award – and then proudly display the award on your blog and sidebar … and start collecting stars…

…Yes – that’s right – there are stars to collect! Unlike other awards which you can only add to your blog once – this award is different! When you begin you will receive the ‘1 star’ award – and every time you are given the award by another blog – you can add another star! There are a total of 6 stars to collect. Which means that you can check out your favourite blogs, and even if they have already been given the award by someone else, then you can still bestow it on them again and help them to reach the maximum 6 stars! For more information check the FAQ on The Thought Palette. uff.. here you are the new 2013 . so my nomination are overdue. sory for that. I hope that my second chance will come next year… * * * but it’s not the end of the story. I was nominated for a “Liebser Award” by Larissaconley. I’m very grateful for that, thank you, my dear.

I am so happy telling you about my last nomination from Miss Marzipan. that is Super Sweet Blogging Award”.

thank you very much. i will try to be a better blogger now.

wait for my another post with the leatest recipe, it’ll appear very soon.

“creating the close kindship between bloggers and readers”

“These people aren’t your friends, they’re paid to kiss your feet.”
– Radiohead

hm, these lyrics bring sth to my mind…

I am lying on my bed with a laptop on my knees and browsing food blogs.

and I noticed the interesting phenomenon of creating  the mocked close kinship that bloggers build between themselves and readers. they approach to them directly, writing in the manner as though they were his or her (author of a blog) close friends. it may be irritated. but ‘the best’ thing is, on those blogs there are not-so-good-quality photos and some sort of ‘sheet of a diary’ with description of his/her spouse’s desires or child’s progression. and plenty of locutions suggesting that the blogger shares with readers (casual or not) his/her private life. and there are no comments there at all.

I’m not sure what should I think about that phenomenon. it’s noticeable among Polish blogs. fortunately, I found some amazing and admirably written blogs to follow. however, there are just only two or three Polish blogs…

have you noticed this phenomenon in a blogosphere? what do you think about that? is there sth wrong in that?

I am curious about your opinion, so… don’t be shy to leave a comment ;)

and for you – some photos of this year’s autumn..

Let’s start from the beginning…

That’s right. Everything should be explained. But only the important stuff.

My blog starts here.

I am a student. A wife (3rd month is going…).

And I want to be a very good history teacher, very good cook, and I want to do very good photos. That all. Not much, maybe.

Or maybe so much, I should say.

Anyway. I’d like to create a blog, contained emotional photos, internal cogitation and private (but also helpful) recipes. And I really hope you will help me in sustaining it.

All right. Leave this introduction in out wake.

See you next post.
